Before KvK: build a reserve
- Keep universal and training speedups until the scoring phase is confirmed.
- Stock healing speedups and resources; a strong march is irrelevant if the hospital becomes your bottleneck.
- Do not start a long upgrade that blocks a timed objective.
- Confirm rally leaders, defensive positions and the alliance communication channel.
Read the current event phases
KvK formats and schedules can change. Open the event panel and match each stored item to the activity that scores in the current phase. Treat any static online calendar as a planning hint, not a replacement for the in-game rules.
During battle
- Follow calls. One coordinated rally is worth more than many isolated marches.
- Protect the hospital. Heal in manageable batches and stop taking trades you cannot sustain.
- Watch march travel time. A late reinforcement can arrive after the objective is already lost.
- Track your own limit. Personal rewards rarely justify destroying weeks of account growth.
Common mistakes
Spending before the scoring window, attacking without intel, reinforcing a doomed position, filling the hospital and ignoring time-zone instructions are the most expensive errors. The solution is preparation and communication, not simply more power.
After battle
Heal critical troops, claim event rewards, record what resource ran out first and rebuild that reserve. If participation was weak, evaluate alliance fit before the next event rather than repeating the same plan.
